In what is looking like a classic case of no rest for the wicked, Nollywood actress and the governorship candidate of the African Action Congress in Abia State, Doris Ogala, is in big trouble again! She has been arrested and detained and she is accusing Pastor Jerry Eze and Johnson Suleman of having a hand in her remand.
The Prime Citizens.com.ng reports that Doris, described by many as a serial blackmailer, was remanded in Ikoyi Prison on Wednesday by the Lagos State High Court following her ongoing legal battle with Pastor Chris Okafor of Grace Nation Bible Ministry.
The actress, whose waning reputation has been further battered by is facing a four-count charge bordering on harassment and cyberbullying, publication of the clergyman’s personal materials, attempted extortion and dissemination of false information to incriminate the cleric.
However, speaking from prison, Doris, in a post on her page, called out Chris Okafor and two other prominent Nigerian pastors, Jerry Eze and Johnson Suleman, accusing them of being responsible for her remand because of the alleged secrets she has about them.
While urging the general public to hold the clergymen responsible should anything happen to her, the actress lamented an alleged plot to kill her in prison.
“Suleman Johnson, Jerry Eze, una know nau. The secret I know is too heavy. That’s why. If anything happens to me, hold them responsible. They begged me to apologise to them to cover their shit. That video I made. Jerry’s PA begged for it. Suleman’s boy begged me to put it up to cover their shit. I know a lot, and I’m not afraid of any of them,” she wrote.
Pastor Chris Okafor, on the other hand, has barely been talking to the press about his battle with Doris Ogala ever since his wedding took place. The cool, calm, collected and incredibly intelligent man of God has quietly gone about his firm resolve to expose the disgraced Doris Ogala for who she is. And from the look of things, he is making good his promise. Those who have been following the saga closely will attest to the fact Doris has known no rest in the last few months, she has been hounded and thrown into prison multiple times by Law enforcement agencies who, acting within the armbit of the law, have had to ensure she is held accountable for all crimes committed against Pastor Chris Okafor.
