PRIMATE AYODELE: Why The High And Mighty Treat Him With Respect

 

This is the beginning of another brand new year. It is that period of the year when Nigerians follow closely prophecies and utterances made by men of God across the country.  It is often seen as the period of the year when a lot of men of God who have been quiet all through the outgoing year come out to make public statements regarding what is in store for the nation going forward into the new year. But for those who are familiar with the activities of some of the country’s most prominent men of God, everyone knows Primate Ayodele does not wait till the end of the year before he releases prophecies. He does not wait till January comes knocking before he makes public a lot of the things God has revealed to him concerning Nigerians and Nigeria. Once he hears from God concerning issues relating to the country, he tells everyone who cares to listen what God has said. Often times, what he tries to do is to warn Nigerians, and in most cases, the government or public office holders what God has revealed to him and what they need to do to address the situation, especially if it’s a prophecy or message that appears ominous. He does not wait till an incident is already manifesting and then begins to make permutations, no, he tells everyone about it long before it happens. And that is precisely why Primate Ayodele, the founder and leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual church is highly respected by everybody across the country.

 And you have to give it to this incredibly humble man of God, he has been very consistent. There is no doubt about it, except one wants to be economical with the truth, the most talked about man of God in the last 10 months or thereabout has been none other than Primate Ayodele! 

Believe it or not, this enigmatic Prophet has consistently been in the news week in, week out all through the previous year. It is either he is releasing a fresh prophecy that's gaining traction or a previous prophecy has just come to fulfilment. And at other times, Primate Ayodele is probably speaking truth to power and warning our leaders to retrace a certain step they just took or be ready to endure the consequences. Whichever way, this vibrant man of God, is always a subject that must be discussed, debated and analised by both his admirers and haters alike nearly every day.

What makes Primate  Ayodele Elijah stand out from the other men of God? How did he become the powerful voice that sends shivers down the spine of the high and mighty? Why do those in power catch cold every time this man sneezes? The answer is not far-fetched, but I will make it as simple and as brief as possible.

For those who are wondering where Primate Ayodele finds the liver to sharply criticise and berate our public office holders when they step out of line and nobody threatens to come after him? The reason is pretty clear- Primate Ayodele does not wine and dine with these people! He owes them nothing. He does not go begging for government contracts or solicit for funds in whatever name. He may have a few of them who might claim to be his friends, but the extremely blunt and candid Primate will tell you he has no friend in government, neither does he have a Godfather.

"I don't have any Godfather in government, neither do I have friends, all that I have is God, he is my only God Father!" he tells anyone that cares to listen.

So, how come they cannot dismiss him or ignore him? How come they have not tried to shut him down or harass him at the very least?

"It's because they know they have nothing against me," he responded confidently. "They know I have never received money from them even when they tried a few times to keep me quiet with money. They know I don't come to beg for contracts or money from them. I stay in my lane, I mind my own business. They know those very popular pastors with big churches that they send money to every month to keep silent, I am not one of them."

But apart from the aforementioned reasons, another significant reason why those in power cannot ignore Primate Ayodele is because of his consistently outstanding prophecies. For decades running, this very dynamic man of God whose fame and exploits have spread far beyond the shores of Nigeria has continued to churn out staggering prophecies that have left many astonished when they come to pass, especially those in power. Each time he delves into political prophecies, they wonder how he gets it right often always.

And there are so many of such political prophecies that he got right, starting from his declaration in 2022 that if Nigerians vote for Tinubu we will experience the sort of hardship never experienced in this country before. And it came to pass.

He told Peter Obi very loud and clear, that he should forget about winning the 2023 presidential election, and we all know what happened in the end.

When everyone thought Governor Sanwo-Olu and President Tinubu had the best of relationship going between them, Primate sent words to Sanwo-Olu to be wary about the people surrounding him, that they will plot to get him into trouble with his Godfather, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. And we all are witnesses to what happened afterwards.

Clearly, Primate Ayodele no longer has anything to prove to anybody. Consistently over the years, he has proven that he indeed hears from God. The high rate of his prophecies that have come to fulfilment proves this. And that's the bigger reason why those in power don't Joke with him. Though he chooses to keep them at arms length and would prefer to be their critic rather than friend, they still take him seriously. They watch out for his comments about their conduct in office, they do not want to be on the wrong side of his prophetic declarations. 

Whether they take him seriously or not, whether they pay attention to what he tells them or not, Primate Ayodele is relentless. He continues to do God's work tenaciously and delivers the messages sent him by God. What we choose to make of it is no longer his business, once his work is done , he moves on.

When some few months ago last year the Minister for Power, Adebayo Adelabu tried to make a nuisance of himself calling out the man of God and claiming he wanted to extort money from under the guise of helping him realise his gubernatorial ambition, Primate Ayodele told him to go to court or ask the EFFC to come and arrest him since he, Adebayo, is a powerful minister. He was sure the minister had nothing against him and he was ready to take the matter to any length with him. Such is the confidence of the man of God called Primate Ayodele. The high and mighty dread him. They do not underestimate him. But above all, they respect him greatly. They put him in his place as one of the country’s most revered men of God and Primate Ayodele has earned every single bit of that respect.
