These are indeed happy
moments for one of Celica Church of Christ’s most effective and revered high
ranking member, Dr. Oulukunle Abimbola. Only a little over a week ago, he was honoured
by a US based International Bible Academy. It was, as expected, a proud moment
for the gentleman who has dedicated his entire life to uplifting the work of
God and spreading the gospel. And just as he was still basking in the euphoria of
his remarkable feat, the Governing Council of the Corporate Institute of
Strategic Research (CISR) Global announced the appointment of Dr. Olukunle
Abimbola, who currently is the Head of Administration at the Celica Church of Christ,
as a Doctoral Research Fellow. This appointment is in alignment with CISR
Global's mission to promote strategic research, cultivate emerging leaders, and
facilitate informed decision-making.
To those who many not know him so well, Dr. Abimbola is a distinguished administrator, researcher, and biblical scholar with specialised expertise in strategic research and leadership. His extensive professional background encompasses significant roles within public service and religious organisations. He has actively engaged in numerous specialised training programmes, conferences, and seminars both nationally and internationally. His service includes representation of his church at prominent ecumenical organisations and programmes at the All Africa Conference of Churches in Nairobi, Kenya, and the World Council of Churches in Geneva, Switzerland.
Over the years, Dr. Abimbola has exhibited exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment, garnering multiple prestigious awards in recognition of his contributions. As a Doctoral Research Fellow at CISR Global, he is poised to play a pivotal role in advancing knowledge and fostering innovation within the institute's strategic research initiatives.
